RED FLAGS!!! First interview process is completely recorded where a person tells you about the company for about an hour, you don't get to talk to anyone or ask any questions. Then, immediately after they invite you to a "hiring" interview where you meet with a manager and tell them about yourself. However, at the end of the interview they tell you that it's mandatory to pay today and upfront for a license if you want a job. Total Scam! What they don't tell you is that you will not receive a paycheque for MONTHS!!!! They do not pay you for your training, have you do cold calls (no pay), attend meetings (no pay) and ask you to complete unrealistic work for the sake of the company. Very manipulative company and would avoid at all cost.

1st Interview was a 1 on 1 with a manager to explain the interview process 2nd Interview was a Group Interview for candidates who were interested in proceeding and were qualified to attend. 3rd Interview was the Final Interview process and this is when the hiring decisions are made.
