You enter into a crowded reception area and then get interviewed by an Insurance Agent (ask them about their retention rate!). If you agree to working a job that's 100% commission , you're taken into a conference room where there's a presentation about the company. At the end you're given a document and if you say you're interested in working with them, you're called later that day and hired. Easy.
