Interview began with an unplanned phone interview. Interviewer asked a few basic questions, scheduled an in person interview during the same week. In person interview includes a short fill out questionnaire, and speaking with a mid-level employee. The job was not clearly explained at all, a second portion of the interview can be scheduled to "Meet the CEO" or someone important in the company and do a group interview with some other candidates in a competitive setting. This was scheduled for an hour later. I did not have time to wait so I declined to take the second portion.

Pre recorded Video that seemed more like a sales pitch. Looked like the person was reading from a script. They went into the history of the company and it all sounded to good to be true. It is commission based job working from home.
