Was directed to a webinar which was a group presentation for American Income Life Insurance for sales positions. Completely commission based and they try hard to sell you on their structure and benefits. "Advancement" is a pyramid scheme. Misrepresentation and misleading.

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
