WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM! I applied for a CSR position through LinkedIn and was contacted the next day about moving forward, but for Benefits Representative. I read some reviews and caught a vibe for what kind of company they are and how they hire their employees… but I figured I would go through with it anyway to see what it was all about. After filling out a questionnaire, you sign up for a one to one time slot that very day or the next (only 2 options of days given). During the call, the interviewer explained a bit about the position and it sounded nothing like the LinkedIn job positing for Customer Service Rep. They are hiring for a sales position where you try to sell prospective customers benefits that aren’t included in their life insurance plan, entirely commission based. Very safe to say they are using completely different job titles for these listings in order to get more people to fall for their scam. Stay away!
