I'm very glad that I went on glassdoor before I went into the interview. I felt like they were scamming me! I received a call out of the blue from this company when I didn't even apply. That should have been a red flag, but they lured me in with promises of a $50k starting salary and future growth into management. After a quick phone screen they asked for an interview in person. Conveniently, no one ever mentioned that this was a sales job (something I definitely did not want) with… 100% commission. Commission isn't necessarily a bad thing, but lying to my face by saying I would have a salary is plain dishonest and unethical in my book.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT-Phone call recruiting, misleading information, pyramid scheme This is a pyramid scheme sales job. I received a phone call saying that they found my resume online and was mislead to believe that I was being invited to an interview one-on-one with the regional manager for a management job in my region of the state and that the position would require a masters degree. When I arrived there were nearly 20 people in the waiting area all candidates for entry level direct sales jobs-the only kind of jobs that you can get starting out at the company. The basic mandatory training phase would require driving to another part of the state and placing calls to potential customers from a group call center. I had a 5 minute "interview" with a basic level employee and was then herded into a group interview. I did receive a call and a text for a follow up interview with the regional manager, however I declined, as this job was obviously misrepresented, and not what it is cracked up to be.
