The interview process consisted of an MGA asking me a few questions about whether I would fit well with the company, a 45 minute long debrief about the company which included two separate question & answer portions where about 15 interviewees sat in the same room filling out paperwork and hearing from someone about company values, the position, etc. Then another brief question and answer period with the same MGA that first emailed me.
I had several missed calls from them (didn't get a chance to answer because I was at work and they left no messages). . . Which means (since they only call people they want to interview again) that I would have been offered another interview and then likely the position.

Domanda 1
Do you have a car and a laptop? Are you willing to travel, locally? (Things that were not advertised at all really on the craigslist ad for the position. So far as I knew I was going to interview for a position in a call center.)

Pre recorded Video that seemed more like a sales pitch. Looked like the person was reading from a script. They went into the history of the company and it all sounded to good to be true. It is commission based job working from home.

Smooth and very relatable interview. It was more like a seminar or recorded session for all participants.
Nothing special, just an awareness session where you are told what the job is about
