Brief one on one interview followed by a large group presentation where they try to sell you on the company followed by a one on one interview. The group presentation was one of the reasons I chose not to pursue the offer. It consisted of praising the company and highlighting why I should work for them rather than why they would want me to work for them. I'm fairly certain everyone who showed interest received an offer that was conditional based on passing the required exams, which you had to pay for.

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
