2 parts. First day you are interviewed by a different agent, who doesn't get into much but will send you into an hour long "orientation" for the hiring process, which butters you up with the "potential" the job has and what they do and what you can "potentially" make. Then if you get a call back, you meet with the manager whose "group" you're under. They'll ask you what you like about the company and why they should hire you.

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
