First of all if this company calls you do not go it is a scam. When I showed up to the office it looked like they just moved in there even though they said they have been at that location in years an the receptionist was blasting music. The interview with one of the HR people was pretty normal but the "competitive" interview they hold after was just a sales pitch on why you should work there and I walked out of during it. If they have to sell you the job then its not an actually job.
