Unstructured one on one. Initially a whole group of about 50 people are herded into a room and the managers talk about the job. Later I was called for an interview which was more like a conversation where I asked the questions. I was lied to in the interview about the pay, hours and territory I would have.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
