When I came to the office there were some other people applying for the same position. Then I had to fill out the form while waiting my turn for a personal interview. The interview started with a Visa question, which is illegal to ask, and after that they told me we cannot proceed with the interview, because I will need the sponsorship. So the interview was over after just one question. What a waste of time. Couldn't they just ask this on the phone before inviting me for a personal interview? When I left I saw outside other people who were waiting there with me. So their interviews also ended after just couple of minutes. So unprofessional of AIL.

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
