Starts with a group interview. They explain the company, the position, the requirements for employment, and the pay structure. After that individual interviews are done. Second and third interviews are done with two managers, and they use that opportunity to get to know you and make sure you are willing to except such a great opportunity.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
