Group interview first, where they explain the basics of what AIL does. They gloss over the bad points -- lots of travel, long hours, little support, etc. If you perform well in the group interview/presentation, one of the managers will take you aside to talk about licensing, when you can start. Their whole stick is to get you to agree to come on that day, before you've had a chance to think about it.

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
