Applied online and the hiring manger reached out directly, but then HR scheduled the interview which took a couple of days to hear back from HR about availability. It was a first round with the hiring manager and other team member were friendly and asked a lot of behavioral questions. Second round is supposed to be in person with the team. Sent a thank you email and followed up twice with the interviewers but never heard back until weeks later with the HR saying that they weren't moving forward. At least they got back to me eventually, but overall the flow of communication between with the interviewer and HR was strange.
