They do "tell me about a time when you..." style questions. Have lots of examples ready for situations where you problem solved, dealt with a difficult person, dealt with time management, etc. But they will ask for situational examples.

The entire interview took about 1 1/2 hours & you were asked to describe different scenarios you had encountered in your past employment, both successes & challenges and how the outcome affected others both within and outside of the company.
