We’ve found many people in our area are not familiar with the collection industry and we take great pride in sharing with our candidates as much as we can about the industry, our company and the position when we 1st meet. Most really like the detail. We agree it’s a fair amount of information but feel it’s important for candidates to have a good understanding about the career path before moving forward.
