Met with hiring manager and two others, and had a phone screening with HR before being called in. They took several weeks to get back with me but stayed in communication the whole time.

Initial phone screening followed by virtual interview. Both were pleasant and the hiring team were welcoming and laid back. I felt they did not schedule enough time for the interview with the number of questions they expected me to answer and didn't get to them all. At the end the Hiring Manager said they aimed to follow up with all candidates within three business days. I never heard anything from anyone after that. I did not follow up both because I felt the job was not a good fit, and also because I though it was a good test for how well organized they are, especially given some of the unfavorable reviews from employees. Not getting the courtesy of a response after nearly two hours of interviews confirmed for me they were not a good fit after all.
