Colloquio
The whole process took MONTHS only for them to give me a phone interview then say that they were going with someone else two months after the phone interview. I felt as though my time was completely wasted and the timeline they gave me was completely false. When I would follow-up, no one would give me any status updates. I’ve always wanted to believe the best in Red Cross but after this process of being led along for months, I don’t see how I could work here. It’s clear from the recruiting/interview process that there’s no coherent structure. I understand hiring takes a long time but also think about the candidate experience. We have other places we want to work for and/or apply for. The lack of respect for my time was completely off-putting and disappointing.

Colloquio
It was pretty straight forward but lengthy. I first had an interview via the phone followed by 2 in-person interviews and one Skype interview. The whole process took almost 2 months until it was completed. The length of the process almost made me lose focus. The good news was that I got the interview after completing the long online profile/application. It was the very first time I was contacted for an interview after completed such an un-personal style.

Domanda 1
The questions were pretty standard. For example: What are your greatest strengths or weaknesses; what are my best skills; how would I perform in a stressful situation, etc.
