The phone interview was fairly simple. It asked about core values and why I felt I deserved the position. It was also asked of me to tell them what I knew about Red Cross.

Phone interview with HR. Then 2 panel interviews over zoom with 5 people on each call. The phone interview and the first round were typical and fairly easy. The last round was miserable. They asked questions for almost the full hour. Then I was told someone would let me know by the end of the week and no one reached out. I emailed and left a voicemail, did not get an answer. Eventually a month and a half later, I received an email that said my application had been rejected. Really frustrating process.
