I interviewed with the senior analyst and the current financial analyst whose role I would be taking over (She was leaving for personal reasons).
Very corporate vibe considering it is a non profit organization. Asked mostly behavioral questions such as
1. What stresses you out the most?
2. Explain a time when you have had to resolve a conflict with an employee
3. Talk about a time when you have had to deal with a difficult client who has been non responsive etc
I hear they take a long time setting up the interviews as well as getting back to you after. I think the overall interview experience was great! My application was eventually rejected due to their competitive candidate pool. I am going to keep in contact with the employees, and keep applying for other positions within Red Cross.

Had a panel interview after phone screening, which I did not expect. They ask a lot of questions, almost in a firing style. It can feel very intimidating. There were some behavioral questions and questions specifically related to the role. Took to long to get back after interview.

There is a diligent interview process that goes over your knowledge of financial/accounting processes, but there is nothing too complicated. I interviewed for 3 different positions at the same time, so there were probably a few extra steps. In my experience, there is an initial screening, a second behavioral interview, and then a third technical interview (could vary). It was very fair, the people were great, and I received three competing offers.

Make sure to prepare your answers and prep for as many questions as possible, but be yourself. They know every candidate is unique, and even if there are questions you do not know how to respond to initially, they are also watching for your thought process and how you respond.
Look for typical behavioral questions and questions with a situation you need to be able to solve (whether that's a social situation or a financial one).

Colloquio
First call was with a recruitment manager at the company.
Second call via Microsoft Teams with two people who are also Financial Analysts.
Third interview was also via Microsoft Teams with two managers in the department, one of them who would be the manager for the position.
Then the day after the third interview, they reposted the job listing. I asked about it, and I was ghosted.
