1st and 2nd interviews went well and I was offered and accepted the job. Prior the starting, the owner would not communicate with me and ended up hiring someone different for the job.

This seemed like a very hurried pace office in close quarters. People shares offices and work spaces. I asked about difficulties in working and maintaining a good staff there.
