A phone screening lead to four video interviews with various managers over the course of a month. Many scripted interview questions. The actual job was different than the one I applied for, and salary benefits didn’t come up until the fourth interview with everyone giving very broad ideas of pay and benefits. After an offer was made a VERY pushy HR person contacted me and pushed very hard to get an acceptance even though not all the details were present and fewer things in writing. There were many claims made affecting compensation that was not part of the offer. The process was long and disorganized and they made it clear that there was no room to counter the offer. The pushy HR person made it an easy decision to decline the offer.
