Applied for the job online and received an email from the recruiter setting up a quick call. Call went well then was asked to take a personality assessment to see if I would be a good fit with the culture. I took the test and passed and then was scheduled to meet with a digital manager who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the role. I then moved to the next round with an employee who was in the same role but different region. She was so friendly and loved getting to learn more about the role from her. I then was scheduled to meet with the Director of Operations who was fantastic. His energy and passion for his team was exciting to hear and knew it would be great to work alongside of him. I then made it to the final interview round and met with the hiring manager and thought it went really well especially when receiving positive feedback afterwards… but eventually found out by email I was not selected for the role. It took about 5 weeks total and several rounds of interviews so it was a lot of work that I was willing to put in because I viewed the opportunity as a career, not as a job and disappointing after not being selected and finding out via email without any feedback.
