The recruiter reached out to me for an interview. An interview was scheduled. Then, they moved the interview time/date invite without sending a follow-up email with an explanation as to why the meeting was moved or if I had other available times. Then, on the day of our rescheduled interview, they moved the meeting again without explanation! We finally chatted and there was no acknowledgement of this strange behavior. It felt like they were not actually going to take my candidacy seriously, which is why it’s so weird…why bother even reaching out to me? I think this is unprofessional and the recruiting team needs to better structure how they interact with candidates.
