Multiple rounds of phone interviews, eventually leading to panel Zoom interview. First round was standard resume questions, progressing to the second round of more technical and experience-related questioning. Final panel round was almost exclusively experience-related question and answer format.

long! a lot of autocracies! they already know who they going to hire, avoid this company! they don't care about their employees! leadership is horrible they just want to preserve their jobs
