Initial screening begins with taking a personality test online. Applicants with satisfactory scores are phoned and after some casual conversation, a date and time for an interview is scheduled. The interview includes the usual and basic work-related questions. Upon completion of the interview, a driving test is administered. It is timed. The driving test was followed by a fitness exam. Prospects were asked to run to a predetermined destination. This was also timed and applicants with satisfactory results were offered the job on the spot.

Got a phone call, was asked a few questions, then was asked to come to the lot for training. Once you get the job, of course you will have to pass a background screening.
