There are two rounds of interview. 1) HR round - This is quite a basic round in which HR asks behavioural questions and see communication skills. Communication is the key in this round 2) Technical round - This round is commonly held with senior manager or VP in which they asks about previous experience, questions about financial planning, basic questions on debt and equity and some behavioural questions.
