Applied on a Wednesday, next day I was called about setting up a phone interview for that Friday. For the phone interview, there were two people on the phone, but only one of them asked questions. The whole conversation was over in 10 minutes. I was told I'd be contacted, "if not late next week, early the following week". 2 1/2 weeks later I was e-mailed a rejection.
