The interview starts on time. Most questions are behavior question. I was asked to introduce myself and explain some projects in my resume. One technical question is how to remove redundancy in a table.

I just went through the first round written interview. It's a written interview by answering questions in a word document, meanwhile, the HR was in a screen meeting with me. I thought it's used to make sure you won't cheating. I answered 8/11, the rest three questions were left blank since I have no idea about them. I thought I would fail. However, they offered me a second interview, which will go through next week.

Terrible terrible terrible. Emailed the hiring manager, got a reply telling me that he will tell me when the interview will be on May 18th (2 weeks from the time of the email). No email on May 18th; emailed him, in 2 days replies and says he's was on vacation for a week and forgot, and sends me an interview appointment for the next day; changed it to the day after when I told him I had that day scheduled already, cool. I downloaded the software and added him on QQ messenger as I was asked to. On the day of the interview, the friend request was still not accepted; no email about why. I emailed him and he never replied. Two days after the scheduled review, the friend request was accepted. I ask the guy why he'd want to accept my friend request at all given it was two days after, he tells me off about my attitude. (Why would I want to work at this company at all at this point, and why would I care at all about my attitude?) Then he blocked me. Makes me wonder how he manages to be the hiring manager. Maybe they only have one HR in the whole department. That still doesn't explain how he manages to hire people.
