I was called by my recruiter who wanted to set up a phone interview. A couple of weeks after the phone interview my recruiter called me in to do a face-to-face interview at their new office. From there I met my recruiter, an HR manager, and the hiring manager who facilitated my technical interview. After another couple of weeks I was offered a job!

The whole process took about two weeks. First was called for a phone interview. This was just a short call for the interviewer to get to know me, my experience, and why I wanted to work at AMEWAS. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview about a day later. This interview focused on my past technical experience and if that experience would be sufficient for the position. Everyone that I met was friendly and genuine. It was easy to relax and to be myself in the interview. I was called a few days later by HR, and accepted their offer.
