Firstly a face-to-face interview, then a written question (modern challenges in civil engineering), then meeting the current graduate apprentices, then a group task about what items to take on a sinking raft.

I had an online interview for almost an hour with two people and I was very nervous.
They were very polite to me. Gave me time to relax and after some time I was able to answer confidently.

There were 2 stages in the interview process. The first stage was an individual interview with senior civil engineers where they asked a bunch of questions. E.g tell us about yourself, what are your motivation etc. The second stage was a team building activity where they gave us an engineering scenario and we had to work as a team to come up with a solution.
