Laid back and conversational. Everyone was very approachable and respectful of previous experience and tenure. The mood was very professional and mutually respectful so it felt as if I was interviewing them as well.

The standout question was how I would perform in the role and what ideas I had to bring. They prefer to have questions answered in the STAR format and prefer you for depth of questions. There were no trick questions.
I had a virtual interview with four executives, going through my resume, past experience, and asked various behavioral questions. Most things were straight forward and wanted to see my competitive yet passionate side.

Found the interviewer very unpleasant . Did not really listen to what I was saying. I believe the interviewer had someone else in mind, but was very stern and unfriendly. So much that I will not interview with them again. Do not want to be associated with a company like that.
