Sehr unvorbereitete Interviewer.
Die Stimmung war etwas komisch, ich hatte das Gefühl, dass gar keine Fragen vorbereitet wurden. Ich kam mir vor wie der Interviewer. Es wurde sehr vage erzählt, was der spätere Job beinhaltet. Es wurde leider wenig Interesse an meiner Person gezeigt. Keine Detailfragen zur Expertise.
Für eine so renommierte Firma fand ich es sehr unstrukturiert und unprofessionell.
Stimmung war generell ok. Die Kollegen untereinander gingen nett und respektvoll miteinander um. Es gab Kaffee und Kekse und eine Führung durch die Labore gab es auch.
Leider erst auf Nachfrage kam die Rückmeldung der Firma. 2 Wochen später als vereinbart..
Verbesserungsvorschlag:
-Ein paar Fragen vorbereiten.
-Zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt absagen

Phone Interview followed by an email for onsite a week later. Met the team and answered questions about my experience to different team members and the department head as in four different sets. Very friendly team and comfortable process
