It was a long interview process: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. You are expected to give 45- 1 hr presentation. The questions are a mix of technical and behavioral. Expect to know and feel comfortable with whatever you have put in your resume. People are very curious as to why you did things a certain way, why you approach the problem the way you did, how you analyzed it and what you could have done differently. They truly want to know your analytical skills.
Amgen is very welcoming, there is a sense of friendliness but also accountability. The campus is amazing. The company also makes sure you stay in a comfortable hotel during the interview process.
Despite feeling nervous, I had a very positive experience overall!

The hiring process consisted of three rounds, but it felt rushed and lacked transparency. The HR phone screen and hiring manager call were scheduled back-to-back with no prior notice. After the final onsite interview, which required two days of travel and a six-hour on site interview. they ghosted me after two weeks. I get that no response usually means rejection, but failing to follow up after such an extensive interview process is just disrespectful.

30 minute call with hiring manager, on-site interview consisting of 1hr presentation and multiple 1-1's throughout the day (full day on-site), reference check was also conducted. Was a fair interview process, no surprises and people were very genuine.
