After submitting application package , after a few weeks I got a phone interview. A week later I was scheduled for personal interview. I was interview by a team of various individuals. They where all friendly and showed to really listen to your answers. When I asked them questions, they happily answered.

Very easy! The recruiter give me questions about myself, my interest, my academic and extracurricular experiences. Because of my application was in Amgen at Juncos, all the questions were in Spanish.
