Was reached out by a HR coordinator to set up a series of interviews with people. Process took about 3 weeks. Got a low offer with base pay and bonus, but super low compare to industry. Wish I knew up front so didn't waste my time. Ended up declining. Hiring process is very frustrating. Takes a long time to hear back from recruiter so I'm not sure if they have too many candidates or just not working. Overall got a feeling that they didn't care, and left with a bad taste.

Initial HR interview went well. Next round was with the hiring manager and it went well. The recruiter reached out to me for the next round panel interview times and got an email after a day stating they found a better candidate. It is really unfair that they don't even give you a chance to complete your interview or speak to the hiring team. They took an action after scheduling a final interview and dint even interview.

Send in my resume for a job posting that matched my background well; got interviewed by HM and HR within about four weeks; went on-site for full panel interview subsequently and landed a job smoothly.
