Initial phone screen and onsite interview with 5 individuals. The interviewers were very pleasant. The only con was due to organizational restructuring, my hiring was put on hold and it took around 5 months for me to finally join the company.

Regarding the previous experience and your roles and responsibilities
I applied for a job on July 31 and completed a phone interview within a week, followed by a first interview shortly after. About a month later, I had a second interview, which was scheduled for 30 minutes but only lasted 15, as I was asked just two questions that I answered.
It's now been nearly 40 days since that last interview, and I haven’t received any updates. I’ve reached out to the HR team three times during this period but haven’t gotten a response, so I’m uncertain about what to expect moving forward
