In the first round of interviews, the recruiter did not tell me that I needed to prepare a presentation for the hiring manager. Hence, I did not prepare a presentation and the hiring manager got upset with me.
Phone call with hiring manager, followed by day interview on-site with members of the team. I never made it past the phone call process due to the role not being the best fit for me.
Only made it to the manager interview. Turned down in-person interview request. Spoke directly to manager and he was nice, had wanted me to come in to interview in-person with rest of group.
