Worst interview ever. People in the group had big egos. Horrible team. They literally asked to derive a specific differential equation they worked on on the board. I was wondering if I asked them to derive the differential equation which I worked on. Typically, kind of people only knows what they worked on and have a big ego to satisfy. Totally ridiculous.

Phone call, interview with the manager and then two panel interviews. I feel like this is extremely unnecessary but they do want to find the right person for the job

it is a pannel interview with upper management and current sr process engineers, they ask question one at a time and each make follow up questions. questions are difficult and require experience and knowledge.
