My experience post pandemic consisted of several phone calls for general screening. Then a screening with a manager. Lastly you’d spend the better part of a day doing a panel of interviews. If all goes well you’ll receive an offer.

I received an automated email from Gene, the AI Recruitment assistant. I scheduled the Recruiter call, using Calendly, which was only a 30-minute call. The recruiter called me on time, and only asked 4 questions.
Standard HR screen, then 30min HR interview, then 30 min interview with 3 other team members. There were about 1-2 weeks between stages. Most communication was thru email and text message.
However, after the final interviews I was never contacted again even though my online applicator was still active. I tried emailing and calling my HR contact. No email response and the phone number was always busy. It was a very good experience up until not getting any closure. I found it very off-putting to be ghosted after final interviews.
