Standard interview process but poor communication and extended time periods in between each stage. Recruiter screen involves a list of dry questions that could've easily been an online self-fill form. Progression between each stage took between 2-2.5 weeks - including for giving an offer. Entire process is very bureaucratic and you get the impression that you're interviewed just because the interviewee has a job to do

A virtual interview followed by an in-person interview. A person should have atleast 2.5 yrs or more to apply for the position into that specific role. More of a managerial kinda interview with few technical questions specifically related to amgens background.

Completed the first round HR interview and was invited to choose a date and time through the AI assistant to interview with the Hiring Manager. 30 minutes before the scheduled interview time, I was notified that the hiring manager was no longer available and was provided another list of available dates and times. The day the rescheduled interview was supposed to take place, I was again notified that there was a scheduling conflict. Rescheduled once again, same thing happened again, and I didn't bother to continue. Extremely unprofessional
Quick, questions as to be expected at each stage. No panel interview or presentation. Questions following the usual 'tell me about a time when...' structure. Recruiter was prompt at sharing updates.
