I got the hiring manager's phone interview first, then HR interviewed me after about 2-3 months and asked some basic questions. I flew to LA for the onsite interviews. 6 people interviewed me, each one took 30 min-50 min. Some interviewers didn't prepare for the interviews at all, and reviewed my resume in front of me, some even asked me which position I was interviewing for and asked questions randomly. I felt some of the interviewers were not interested in me, or maybe they don't care it at all, they just want to listen to the hiring manager's decision. After two weeks, I emailed the hiring manager to ask about the updated, no response. Obviously I am not selected, I think I didn't answer hiring managers' questions well.

questions were based on the past experience. Describe how did I resolve some issues,etc. Are more like behavior questions. Communication between interviewee and interviewer is important.

Was reached out by a HR coordinator to set up a series of interviews with people. Process took about 3 weeks.
Got a low offer with base pay and bonus, but super low compare to industry. Wish I knew up front so didn't waste my time. Ended up declining.
Hiring process is very frustrating. Takes a long time to hear back from recruiter so I'm not sure if they have too many candidates or just not working. Overall got a feeling that they didn't care, and left with a bad taste.

Initial HR interview went well. Next round was with the hiring manager and it went well. The recruiter reached out to me for the next round panel interview times and got an email after a day stating they found a better candidate. It is really unfair that they don't even give you a chance to complete your interview or speak to the hiring team. They took an action after scheduling a final interview and dint even interview.
