I had a panel interview followed by individual interview. The process was not intimidating at all. Be prepared to arrive early enough to find your interview location. I met with several interviewers in different positions within the department. Strangely, I did not feel like I was going through an interrogation session. I was quizzed about technical information as well. I would suggest that you complete a quick review of your area of expertise. Anything in the job description could become a topic of conversation. It was a business casual atmosphere in terms of dress. Overall, everyone was extremely friendly and professional.
