Colloquio
The interview process was lengthy. Multiple rounds is common. I had four round and two of the four were panel style. Also lasted for over a month to get through the entire process. Multiple layers of individuals all over the United States. I was surprised that I got an offer

Colloquio
I was an internal referral candidate - first completed an initial phone screen (basic 30-45 min resume review w/ basic questions) with the hiring manager, and was then invited for a face-to-face interview. While the initial interview with the hiring manager went well and he was very nice, unfortunately the face-to-face setup was done in such a way where they seemed to be playing "good cop/bad cop" - with one of the panelists being ridiculously abrasive during the process. The face to face interview lasted roughly 2 hours with the first hour being with two managers and the second hour being with another manager and the clinical nurse manager - who couldn't have been more rude and seemingly uninterested. While I came into the process excited about the prospects of working for a great company and (seemingly) nice manager, I left questioning if I even wanted the job since it would've meant having to work with the others on the panel who were so rude. All in all, I'm glad I was not offered the position.

Domanda 1
There were no behavioral "STAR" format questions at all....just an open-format run-through of resume and brag book with intense grilling about projects I had completed in the past.
