Was, smooth. mostly the questions are from the personal statement. I believe , the personal statement and LoRs are the more important. If you from a different field and venturing into in BioTeach industry, they are very welcoming.

Application submitted mid-November, and did two interviews during late December~early January. No HR person was involved, just the people who I will be working with. Most of the questions were related to the experience that matched the job posting. Over 200 applications were submitted for an internship position.
