I had a 1 hour phone interview with manager and HR but never heard anything back, good or bad which was unusual. I contacted HR and no reply. The application status online remained active but no further communication.

Pretty standard--asking about experience, personality, education, and values. Interviewed with HR and then manager of team. Some repeat questions as well. All interviews were done virtually even if in the same area.
