Very Relaxed. One interview but I met with four people in 2 settings. The current Admin also came in to explain the job. I was told when they planned to make a decision and would get back with you either way. I called once the deadline had passed, left a message and to this day I have not heard anything from Amica. I think that is very unprofessional.
