There are 2-3 rounds of interviewing. The initial call is to get to know you, and see if you’ll fit into the role. It is a quick introduction, and sometimes allow you to do some shadowing. When I got my final interview, I felt appreciated and welcomed.

It was fine except for a major factor where they will only pay you the lower end of the range where the ad makes it sound like if you have a lot of experience you might be offered a higher amount. That is deceptive advertising and was the reason I walked away from the offer,
