Haphazard and poorly organised. Interviewers weren’t certain what role they were recruiting for. Was left alone with two multiple choice papers on linux and python. Didn’t feel much like an assessment.

The process took 3 to 4 weeks, applied online got call from HR 15 mins talk about the background, then two rounds of interview: First one technical telephone call for 45 mins, 2nd Client Interview (Ericsson) skype call for 15 mins
